Free QR Icon Maker--Way cool business tool

To use QR codes on your business cards and other things, you'll need a couple of tools. 1st, you need to install a QR scanner app on your phone. Search the net for "QR Reader" and the model of your smart phone to find a scanner app; they're available for the iPhone, Windows Mobile, Nokia, BlackBerry, and other app-based phones with a camera.

This free QR icon machine can embed a URL, text, a phone number, or an addressed and ready-to-send SMS message into a QR code.

Warning: When you're generating a QR code: the more data you cram into your code, the smaller its pixels will be, and the more sensitive the scanners will have to be to read it accurately. Second, if you're encoding a URL, make sure it's a site that will load well on a mobile phone browser.

How Anxiety And Wrong Body Position Causes TMJ

Temporomandibular Joint Disorder, or TMJ, is a disorder relating to the joint that connects the jaw to the skull. It often leads to dysfunction in the movements and position of the jaw, which worsens over time if not treated. It is said that over 11 million americans may have TMJ at any given time.

Discomfort and pain in the neck and jaw are often felt my TMJ sufferers. Migraines and Fibromyalgia may even develop over time.

Some "experts" claim TMJ is caused by continued movement of the jaw beyond its normal limits, such as forward or sideways, which may in turn be caused by excessive gum chewing, nail biting, dental neglect, or trauma (accident).

Yet many other individuals suffer from TMJ despite steering clear of all its known causes. Is this due to a new, exciting, previously-unknown cause, one that would mark a colossal new way of looking at TMJ?

Well, yes and no. Yes, because not many know about these new causes, and no, because they shouldn't surprise you - these are what causes TMJ in the first place.

The first cause is anxiety.

Do you remember what happens when you feel scared, apprehensive, or anxious? Your muscles become tight, you shiver, your jaw tightens. What happens when you feel this regularly?

Think of the occasional aches and pains that seem to come out of nowhere. Did it ever boggle you that there never seems to be a physical cause for these pains?

Well, the reason is clear now. When you automatically set your jaw everytime you have stress, it may ultimately add up to a TMJ problem.

Wrong body positioning is the next cause.

Your parents probably told you not to slouch when you were a kid. And if you're suffering from back problems now, you're probably wishing you'd have listened.

The same goes for TMJ. Many of us have incorrect jaw positions - it may be too far out or in. And surprisingly, sitting the wrong way (or too much) can do this.

When you see women in developing countries carry heavy loads directly on top of their heads in one of the Discovery Channel programs, aren't you amazed that they can carry these loads and not suffer from any shoulder, neck, and jaw problems?

The simple reason is this-they carry the loads directly over their heads. In this way, the muscles in their neck and shoulders sustain the weight in a way that nature designed them to.

The moment they tip their heads forward, the weight would suddenly cause them to tip forward and lose their balance.

Can you see the connection?

Your head, when it's straight over the body, isn't that heavy at all. But when you tip forward, it begins to feel quite a bit heavier. Your neck and shoulder muscles often can't carry the extra load, and your jaw has to help out to keep the head level.

When this continues, the extra strain results in a TMJ disorder.

Doctors often just prescribe painkillers to ease the pain caused by TMJ, but these are just temporary solutions. They do nothing to ease TMJ's root causes.

My TMJ No More Program does just that. It effectively targets the root causes of TMJ with simple exercises that relax the muscles around the TMJ and restore the jaw's natural position. My program will successfully cure those who suffer from this disorder.

It works, as sworn by my customers who have tried it themselves. Experience for yourself and see what brought the smiles back on their faces.

Warm Regards,

Christian Goodman
