Free QR Icon Maker--Way cool business tool

To use QR codes on your business cards and other things, you'll need a couple of tools. 1st, you need to install a QR scanner app on your phone. Search the net for "QR Reader" and the model of your smart phone to find a scanner app; they're available for the iPhone, Windows Mobile, Nokia, BlackBerry, and other app-based phones with a camera.

This free QR icon machine can embed a URL, text, a phone number, or an addressed and ready-to-send SMS message into a QR code.

Warning: When you're generating a QR code: the more data you cram into your code, the smaller its pixels will be, and the more sensitive the scanners will have to be to read it accurately. Second, if you're encoding a URL, make sure it's a site that will load well on a mobile phone browser.

High blood pressure can increase your overall chances of death by 21%! This study will show you why.

There is a recent study that looked at the effects of lowering blood pressure. This study was supposed to last a lot longer but was concluded early because the results were so obvious and amazing.

Spread across 13 countries and 195 hospitals with 3,845 volunteers, the study was conducted on individuals with an average blood pressure of 173/91.

Over a period of four years the study was conducted there was a dramatic drop in mortality rates. The results were caused by a drop in average blood pressure from 173/91 to 150/61. Overall mortality dropped 21%. Death from cardiovascular events dropped 23%. There were 30% fewer strokes and in the strokes that did occur the patients were 39% less likely to die. The largest drop came from a 64% reduction in heart failure deaths.

This study presents key evidence that life can be prolonged by keeping your blood pressure in a healthy range. It is quite apparent that keeping your blood pressure down should be a high health priority.

Did you know there are many, many things you can do to maintain healthy blood pressure? Here are the most basic and are a great starting point to keeping your blood pressure where it should be:

* Start thinking of ways to have fun while exercising. There are so many ways to push yourself and have a great time. Measuring a persons activity level is one of the primary ways to determine how long a person will live. So get off the couch, get out there and use your body.

* No smoking. If you smokestop. You will die early by inhaling smoke. It is toxic and it will kill you. Your blood pressure will reflect your smoking habits.

* Eat raw fruits and veggies. The more fresh foods you can eat the healthier you will be. At each meal try to work in at least one item that is good for your body.

Just following these three suggestions will go a long way. If you take care of your body it will pay you back for years to come. Check out my book for some great health info that will help you live a long and healthy life.
