Free QR Icon Maker--Way cool business tool
To use QR codes on your business cards and other things, you'll need a couple of tools. 1st, you need to install a QR scanner app on your phone. Search the net for "QR Reader" and the model of your smart phone to find a scanner app; they're available for the iPhone, Windows Mobile, Nokia, BlackBerry, and other app-based phones with a camera. This free QR icon machine can embed a URL, text, a phone number, or an addressed and ready-to-send SMS message into a QR code.
Warning: When you're generating a QR code: the more data you cram into your code, the smaller its pixels will be, and the more sensitive the scanners will have to be to read it accurately. Second, if you're encoding a URL, make sure it's a site that will load well on a mobile phone browser.

Acupuncture, a safe alternative to pain relief treatments, clears the blockage of vital energy within pathways in the body. These pathways are called meridians and each is linked to a specific organ or organ system. Acupuncture is more effective than traditional drug therapies because it treats the cause and effect of pain.
Acupuncture can help relieve pain caused by physical trauma, muscle or bone weakness, injury, poor posture, physical strain or other factors. Pain caused by or associated with Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Carpel Tunnel Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, migraine or stress headaches, back pain and even cancer can all be treated effectively using this ancient Chinese therapy.
To ensure you receive the maximum benefit from your acupuncture therapy, you need to describe your pain as accurately as possible. In other words, your Acupuncturist will want to know when the pain started, whether or not it is constant or intermittent, whether it is the result of an injury or other physical trauma, etc. Different treatment points may be selected for different types of pain. When your Acupuncturist has accurate information, your treatment therapy will be more effective and you will experience pain relief in the shortest amount of time.
Each organ in your body corresponds to a specific pain and that organ needs to be stimulated to bring about pain relief. That is the first of three general steps in acupuncture therapy. The energy and blood flow to nourish the entire body and also target the specific areas experiencing pain. Then the appropriate meridian to tap into is determined. Finally, the specific insertion points for the needles are mapped out.
The stainless steel needles an Acupuncturist uses are about the same thickness as a human hair. When they are inserted in to the identified treatment points, a message is sent to your brain via your central nervous system. When the signal is received, the brain releases endorphins, a natural brain chemical that helps in pain suppression, into your body.
A personalized treatment plan will be developed by your Acupuncturist. The plan will consider the nature and source of the pain, i.e., chronic, radiating, result of injury, etc., as well as your significant medical history. The needles that are inserted during the treatments will be left in place for several minutes. The actual duration will be determined by your response to treatments, which will be scheduled for several weeks out, until you realize long-term pain relief.
Pain killers, anti-inflammatory drugs or muscle relaxants only provide temporary pain relief so must be used repeatedly and can have numerous adverse side effects. Acupuncture provides long-term alleviation of pain without the use of chemicals or ingredients that may negatively impact your health or interact with other treatment protocols. Because no drugs are used, acupuncture does not have debilitating side effects often experienced with over-the-counter and prescription drugs.
Acupuncture does not provide a one size fits all, instant cure for pain suffers. It takes time to restore your body's energy systems to their properly balanced state. Some symptoms, though, may be diminished after only one treatment. The number of treatments your Acupuncturist determines you will need to achieve complete pain relief will depend upon several factors including how long you have been in pain, the cause and nature of the pain as well as how quickly you respond to treatment.
Acupuncture offers a holistic approach to pain relief, treating not only the pain but also the cause of the pain. With no adverse side effects, acupuncture is a safe alternative for pain relief.
