It is an obvious event if your computer breaks down because computer is an electric machine. There can be break down in any of your electric machine. There are many kind of faults in computer like hardware, software or any other faults. If you don't know how to fix it then you may be in big trouble. It may end up as a big expense for you. There is no difference whether you are cleaning a laptop screen or a Flat Panel Monitors or LCD screens. But laptop screens are more sensitive than Flat Panel Monitors or LCD screens or we can say the laptop screens are highly sensitive so you need to follow unique cleaning procedure to clean your laptop screen.
There are some ways to clean your laptop screen. Get a clean and soft cotton cloth, cleaning solution or isopropyl alcohol, distilled water and a few cotton swabs. In cleaning your laptop screen, anti-static cloth and lint free lens are a good option. There is another option available which is very good at this and that is cloth used to clean eyeglasses. You must not use a paper towel to clean your laptop screen as it may create scratches on your laptop screen. There are other liquids such as tap water or other type of alcohol which are used by many people to clean the laptop screen but these liquids are not suitable for your laptop screen. The tap water may leave white marks on the screen or it may damage the screen of your laptop. You should turn off your computer for some time that you can spot the dust on the screen. You must remember not to scrub or press hard on the laptop screen otherwise the screen may damage.
To wipe off the dust on the screen and frame, it is not a good thought to use abrasive cleaners only. Abrasive cleaners such as ammonia based solutions. These cleaners may harm or cause damage to your laptop screen. You should clean your laptop screen using top to bottom motion. And dump the cloth after cleaning screen and gently wipe the surface of the screen. You should use laptop screen cleaner to clean the screen of the laptop. Gently dampen the clean side of the cloth in to the laptop screen cleaner. You can create your own laptop screen cleaner If you do not have screen cleaner. You just need 50/50 alcohol and water solution by diluting isopropyl alcohol with distilled water.
You should gently wipe the surface of your laptop screen using top to bottom motion. You can start from upper right corner to bottom right hand portion of the screen. And continue along until the top right corner to the bottom right hand portion of your laptop screen. You must not let the solution to drip any other place of your laptop such as mouse pad, key pad, num pad, etc.
