Free QR Icon Maker--Way cool business tool

To use QR codes on your business cards and other things, you'll need a couple of tools. 1st, you need to install a QR scanner app on your phone. Search the net for "QR Reader" and the model of your smart phone to find a scanner app; they're available for the iPhone, Windows Mobile, Nokia, BlackBerry, and other app-based phones with a camera.

This free QR icon machine can embed a URL, text, a phone number, or an addressed and ready-to-send SMS message into a QR code.

Warning: When you're generating a QR code: the more data you cram into your code, the smaller its pixels will be, and the more sensitive the scanners will have to be to read it accurately. Second, if you're encoding a URL, make sure it's a site that will load well on a mobile phone browser.

In this age, wireless is almost everywhere. Nearly everyone offers it, from the McDonald's down the street or that little cafe you always enjoy hitting up for lunch. Every so often, a new breakthrough hits the market, and becomes next big kid on the block.

Right now, this big kid is 4G WiMax, a fourth generation internet protocol (IP) that offers such clear wireless that it will blow you away. 4G WiMax has opened the door to dizzying heights when it comes to speed, expected to reach the incredible peak of 1Gbit/s.

What this means for you is that you will be able to download your Netflix movies or absolutely anything on a wireless internet that will make you wonder if you aren't at home on your cable connection. That means that as long as you can receive the 4GWiMax service, which exists in over 145 countries with a range of almost 50 miles from the access points, you can enjoy the same clear wireless internet as you might in urban America.

Not only does it have such speed advantages over traditional WiFi, but thanks to its huge range, it can penetrate even places where traditional WiFi and even cable modems cannot reach - small rural towns. With its ease of use, a great Rural Connection Project may quickly give everyone in America and the world an internet connection that would change the way they explore the internet.

WiFi and 4G WiMax are almost incomparable, thanks to the advances made in the realm of security, connection, and speed. Very little remains but to see which would become truly dominant in the days to come and take the world by storm.

In the end, however, almost all experts agree. 4G WiMax truly is the future of clear wireless internet.
